The Delivery Team at Abe Krasne Home Furnishings provides you with "white glove" service! You can sit back and relax while our delivery specialists unpack, prep, assemble and place your new furniture in your home. All boxes and any packaging materials will be removed from your home as well. When you schedule delivery through Abe Krasne Home Furnishings, you can be assured if any issues arise during the warranty period, we will gladly pickup your item, have it repaired and returned to your home at no additional charge. Normally, you will be given a two-hour window for delivery of your furniture and receive a phone call when the Delivery Team is on their way to your home. Please advise us ahead of your delivery, if you will need existing furniture items removed from your home, as there will be extra time and fees involved.
If you prefer to pickup your merchandise and save delivery fees, we will happily assist you in loading your purchase. Please provide a 24-hour notice if you want our specialists to assemble items for you prior to pickup. Merchandise pickups can generally be accommodated anytime during normal business hours. Please note: Abe Krasne Home Furnishings is not responsible for damage to any merchandise after it leaves our store when picked-up by a customer or their designee. Additionally, if warranty issues arise and need to be addressed, the customer will be responsible for returning merchandise to Abe Krasne's if it was not previously delivered by our specialists.
